| B got sick for the second year in a row finishing 6th and bettering her time by 40 some minutes. Mountain runners take a beating on this fast course. |

| Matt in his first ultra finished 3rd overall. A solid effort and he raced hard all the way with very consistent splits. He will be a force in the local mountain ultras this year. |

That trail run looks incredible. I shall try to get up into the mountains a bit before our boy is due. "Liger, it's pretty much my favorite animal."
